Daddy’s forward line is complete. Bodhi and Colston are excited to announce the arrival of their baby brother. Graham and Jenna (nee Welch) of Kingston would like to welcome their third son; Hawkins Llewyn Gilbert. Baby Hawk arrived on Tuesday November 8, 2022 at 8:10 am at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre; weighing in at 8 lbs 15 oz. Proud grandparents are Dale and Marilyn Welch of Portland and Dave & Mary Seymour of Gananoque.  This is the third Great- Grandson for Joyce Welch of Crosby. Big thank you to everyone that has checked in and dropped off food; it takes a village!

Peacefully at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Thursday November 17, 2022. Clifford Dixon of Seeley’s Bay, in his 101st year. Beloved husband of the late Anna (Simpson) Dixon. Dear father of John (Wilma) Dixon of Seeley’s Bay, Linda Denesuik of Sydenham and Kathryn Stinson of Kingston. Predeceased by brother; William Dixon and grandson; Robert Dixon. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear uncle of William (Dawn) Dixon. The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Friday from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service in Our Chapel on Saturday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment Morton Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations made to the Seeley’s Bay Food Bank or Seeley’s Bay United Church would be appreciated.

Rejean Joseph Leroux
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of a beloved and cherished husband, father, papa and friend to many on Sunday November 20, 2022.  Rejean was born June 6, 1952 and is survived by his wife Beverly (Tobin); his two children, Nicole Gardhouse (Jonathan), and Steve (Danielle).  Adoring papa of Nick, Eva, Tyson, Lochlan, Kaden and Jade, sibling to Marcel (Huguette), Raymond (Sylvie) and Nicole.  Son in law to Doreen Tobin and brother in law to Brenda Fitzgerald (Gordon), Brian Tobin and Bonnie Tobin.  He was predeceased by his parents Philias Leroux and Simonne Leroux; his brother Jean-Paul Leroux (Gilberte); Lionel Leroux (Diane) and his sister Laurette Plante (late Hubert Plante).  Rejean will always be remembered for the love he had for his family, spoiling his grandkids, his love of horses and outdoors along with his infectious laugh. Friends were invited to Lyons Funeral Home, Westport Tuesday November 22 from 2-5 and 7-9pm for visitation. Funeral Mass was celebrated Wednesday 11AM at St. Edward Church, Westport.  There was a luncheon at the Westport Legion Branch 542 following the funeral. Interment at a later date.

Loving mother of Keith (Linda) Steacy of Buckingham, Quebec. Predeceased by brother, Andy (Eleanor) Stewart. Fondly remembered by her grandson, Calvin and great-granddaughter, Mikyla. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Morton Cemetery at a later date.
